I live in D I Khan , Dera Ismail Khan , and I have found this area as one of the top and highly growing land as far as Real Estate is concerned , The Real Estate there has a lot of potential and in the comming days there is a chance that it will have some more Potential , the reason is that all of the Waziristan people are rushed to D I Khan because of the terrorist activities there so now the population of the D I Khan increases along with that there is growth of competition between different tribes and every tribe is struggling to buy as more land as thay can , for this they don’t care about money just they need Real Esate at any cost , this is the main reason behind the growth of Real Estate there . I have also invested some of my money in this business there but I am not sure that whether I would get some profit for it or not , but some expertise have predicted that I would have enough profit If I wait for some days , after some days this Real Estate will be worth double .
Thats why now I took a chill and I am not going to sell my Real Estate , but I am going to sell it after some days when its value will increases , the nearby cities like the Bannu and the Peshawar ,have also increased the Real Estate prices because of the above reason and it may be going more and more if you did not have some control in the North Waziristan .
